How do I view Pending Submissions?

As your organization uses Droplet, you may start to have many forms in progress or Pending. There are many tools in the Droplet application for you to use to keep track of these submissions, especially those that become more outstanding so you can use the Remind feature to keep submissions progressing. 

From The Insights Page

If you have permission to access your organization's Insights Page, you will see pending submissions broken down into different categories such as by Form or over time. One graph that is particularly useful to administrators is the one that shows pending submissions by age at the bottom right. Hovering your cursor over any part of any of the graphs will give you more details. 

You can also view a filtered list of submissions that have been pending for more than one week by pressing the "Ongoing" status indicator at the top right of your Insights Page. 

This will bring you to the All Submissions page and automatically display a filtered list of ongoing submissions.

From The Submissions Pages

You can view all Pending submissions or add additional filters from the My Assignments, My Submissions, or All Submissions pages. You can learn more by reading this article about filtering submissions using the Filters tool or Search.
