Article Summary

Sometimes you will get a notification email about a form that you are not currently assigned. These emails are sent when you don't need to take action or complete any sections of the form but your Admin wanted you to know about the submission's progress. The email will contain any relevant information you may need and will let you know if the submission is still in progress or completed.

If you would like to take a look at that submission, there might be a link in the email you received. If the email does not contain a link, or if you are looking at multiple submissions, it may be easier to locate the submission through the Droplet Application if your role permits. Once you are in the Submissions view, you can search for the submission, and view it just as you would through the emailed link.

If the submission is still in progress and you access the submission through the link in your email or Droplet, you may notice blank inputs. These will be completed as the submission moves through the workflow.

If you feel like you are being notified by mistake, or would like to change the notification please send us an email.
